Unglazed Decorative Bowl with sgraffito

This listing is for a beautiful unglazed decorative bowl. Perfect for holding pine cones in fall or tossing the mail into year round. It is made from a creamy white clay, painted with an earthy red/brown terra sigillata, carved with a vegetal motif and burnished to a satiny sheen. Because this piece is unglazed it is not recommended as a serving dish except for dry items like bread.
